Letters to My Princess General
A New Series for Paid Subscribers
Howdy,
I’ve been thinking about this for a while. I know I need to process a lot of things in my life, and I honestly don’t mind doing it in a public setting. However, after writing for my entire life (mostly for free), I need to start charging a little more around these parts.
Times are tough for Afghan refugees. Many of them have lost their jobs. And now, they may lose hope that their families will join them in America.
Thus, I believe it’s necessary to start writing more stuff for paid subscribers only. There needs to be more of an incentive. What can I tell ya? I’m a capitalist now!
If you’re not a paid subscriber but are interested in joining Zmoongo Andiwalaan (Pashto for Our People), let us know, and we can work something out. If you’re a veteran, let me know, and you’ll automatically get a free subscription. I'll probably give you a founding membership if you’re an Iraq and Afghan combat veteran.
Believe me. I ain’t in this for the money. I’m in it for my Afghan brothers and sisters.
