According to documents obtained from the Taliban’s General Directorate of Intelligence (GDI), the Taliban is preparing for a series of Islamic State Khorasan Province (ISKP) attacks.

In this letter, the GDI said ISKP intelligence director Salahuddin had a meeting with ISKP’s military council in a neighboring country (NFI).
