Norton and how he supported your health and well being and encouraged and allowe you to prioritize to your health. And it is so impressive that he also modeled that for other leaders at his level. You'll are all so stoic but it takes a huge toll on you'll and your families. Col. Norton's speaking of his own challenges sets a wonderful example for all airman in the chain of command.
